PENSACOLA BEACH, Fla. (WEAR) — It’s that time of year again! Red, White and Blues Week will soon kick off – with the finale of it all being the Pensacola Beach Air Show!
Local folks and visitors from all over look forward to the annual Pensacola Beach Air Show. The show highlights Pensacola’s hometown heroes – the Blue Angels!
The Blue Angels are the Navy’s flight demonstration squadron stationed at Forrest Sherman Field at Naval Air Station Pensacola.
Red, White and Blues Week schedule:
- July 11 – Breakfast with the Blues will be held at Pensacola Beach. The Blues will be expected to fly overhead at 8 a.m.
- July 12 – There will be a practice flight demonstration with the Blue Angels at 2 p.m.
- July 13 – Dress Rehearsal with civilian acts and Blue Angels Rehearsal begins at noon. The Blue Angels will fly at 2 p.m.
- July 14 – Pensacola Beach Air Show featuring the Blue Angels Show begins at noon. The Blue Angels will fly at 2 p.m.
