Fantastic formations, soaring skydivers, bold barrel rolls and more: Aerobatic enthusiasts delight every time the Blue Angels soar over Corpus Christi Bay.
The Blue Angels come to Naval Air Station Corpus Christi every spring in odd-numbered years for the Wings Over South Texas Air Show. The event is free to the public and is an exciting display of aerobatics.
The Blue Angels represent the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps. Their blue and yellow aircrafts (F/A-18 Hornets) fly in formation for a stunning show.
At the air show, look forward to presentations, demonstrations and historic re-enactments by the U.S. Air Force, the U.S. Coast Guard, the Trojan Phlyers and more.
The event features dozens of vintage planes for an up-close look along with vendors selling food, drinks and collectable items such as aviation pins, ball caps and more.
The planes will soar rain or shine. The annual show switches between Kingsville on even-numbered years and Corpus Christi on odd-numbered years.
